Seller pays 5% of the sale price total:
- 2.5% to Prodigy
- 2.5% to buyer’s agent
OTHERWISE:
- 2% for full-service discount listings (e.g., if it’s a warm referral or we also represent buyer)
- Tiered incentives (e.g., 2.25% if price is achieved within 14 days, 2.75% if home needs more than 30 days and staging, etc.)
