Our Mission

  • Prodigy Residential is a turnkey residential real estate development and construction firm specializing in entitlement, horizontal development, vertical construction, sales, and marketing. We are actively seeking partnerships with capital investors and/or landowners who want to participate in residential development without the burden of day-to-day operations or execution risk.
  • Under this structure, you (the capital partner) provide the financing and potentially the land, while we (Prodigy Residential) develop, manage, and monetize the entire project—handling everything from dirt to disposition.

  • Project Management – Oversight of consultants, engineers, architects, contractors, and city agencies from kickoff to certificate of occupancy
  • Municipal Navigation – We know how to work with cities, counties, planning commissions, and public works to move plans through the system—efficiently
